Mr. Ledgerwood has been an Executive Vice President of Kearny Financial Corp. and Kearny Federal Savings Bank since April 1, 2010 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He served as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Kearny Financial Corp. and Kearny Federal Savings Bank from 2002 to April 1, 2010 and served as Chief Financial Officer of Kearny Federal Savings Bank since December 2006. Mr. Ledgerwood served as Treasurer of Kearny Federal Savings Bank since 2002. He served as Treasurer of Kearny Financial Corp., from 2002 to December 18, 2006. He served as Chief Accounting Officer at Kearny Federal Savings Bank and Kearny Financial Corp. from 2002 to 2006. He has been employed by Kearny Federal Savings Bank since 1998. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Jersey Bank of Savings, which opened as a de novo stock bank in 1989 and was acquired by Interchange Bank in 1998.
