Mr. William M. Lowe, Jr., has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of KEMET Corp. since July 14, 2008 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Lowe has over 30 years of professional experience in financial management. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Oldco M Corporation from June 2001 to July 2003. He served as Vice President, Financial Operations and Chief Accounting Officer of Arvin Industries, Inc. and served as its Executive Officer since 1998. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Unifi Inc. since January 5, 2004, Chief Operating Officer since April 2004 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Lowe joined Unifi Inc. from Michigan-based Metaldyne Corp., where he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from June 18, 2001 to July 15, 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Lowe served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Arvin Meritor Automotive Inc., since its merger with Arvin Inc. in July 2000. He joined Arvin in 1991 as Chief Tax Officer and served as Arvin's Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. He also worked at Meritor, Inc. He served as Vice President of Simpson Industries, Inc. He serves as a Director of NEC Tokin Corporation. He served as Director of Simpson Industries, Inc. Mr. Lowe holds a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Tri-State University.
