Judith L. Bacchus — VP, Chief of Human Resources & Corporate Relations Officer at Kennametal

Ms. Judith L. Bacchus has been the Chief Human Resources & Corporate Relations Officer of Kennametal Inc. since December 2015 and has been its Vice President since June 1, 2011. Ms. Bacchus has been with Kennametal for over five years. She served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Kennametal Inc., since June 1, 2011 until January 7, 2016. She served as Vice President of Human Resources Field Services at Kennametal since July 2009. She joined Kennametal in April 2006 as Manager, Global Talent Acquisition. She has more than 20 years of experience as a human resource professional. She assumed the role of Director, Human Resources Shared Services at Kennametal from 2007 to July 2009. Prior to joining Kennametal, from January 2000 to April 2006, she served in a variety of positions at Marconi Communications including Director, Human Resources. Ms. Bacchus is a member of the Board of Directors for St. Vincent College and in addition serves on the Council of Advisors to the St. Vincent College McKenna School of Business, Economics and Government. She holds a Bachelor of Science in administration and management from LaRoche College in Allison Park, Pennsylvania.
