Executive Bio
Mr. Thomas F. McKee, Jr. has been Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Kennametal Inc. since August 4, 2016. In this role, Mr. McKee is responsible for leading Kennametal's information technology function worldwide. Mr. McKee joined Kennametal in 1981 and has spent 35 years supporting Kennameta's various functions. Before serving in his current role, Mr. McKee served as vice president global information technology, where he was responsible for technology strategy, planning and business integration. In addition, he has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility within the company's finance, supply chain, manufacturing, operations management, mergers and acquisition and information technology functions. He is a visiting committee member of Saint Vincent College's Benedictine leadership studies program and is a member of SAP's global and North American advisory councils for the industrial machinery and components industry. Mr. McKee holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Saint Vincent College.
