Collaborative, accountable, creative across cross functional teams
No toxic team members. Misbehavior is not tolerated even if you're a star performer. Team members are always looking for a better way to do things and are highly collaborative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very collaborative environment, jerks are not tolerated and disagreements are welcomed if they're constructive

I got to meet a broad range of people across the company. The interviews were challenging but informal.
