Mr. Jeffrey T. Siegal, also known as Jeff, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Key Technology, Inc. since April 15, 2013 and 2015 respectively. Mr. Siegal served as Vice President of Key Technology, Inc. since April 15, 2013 until 2015. Mr. Siegal is responsible for providing guidance and analysis for all financial aspects of its business. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer of Schmitt Industries Inc. from April 15, 2008 to April 12, 2013 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until April 12, 2013. He also served as Managing Director of Schmitt Europe Ltd. He also served as Corporate Controller at Schmitt Industries from March 19, 2008 to April 12, 2013. He served as Corporate Controller of Planar Systems Inc., from 1999 to 2007 and served as its Treasurer from 2004 to 2007. He joined Planar in July 1999. He has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. From 1991 to 1999, he served in several positions with Deloitte LLP in Portland, Oregon, most recently as Senior Manager. Prior to joining Planar, he was an auditor for twelve years with Deloitte and Touche and Ernst and Young. Mr. Siegal holds B.A. degree in Business Administration and Accounting from San Jose State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
