Eliott Trencher — Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Kilroy Realty Corporation

Mr. Eliott Trencher has been a Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Kilroy Realty Corporation since July 05, 2017. Mr. Trencher responsible for evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities, capital recycling and other strategic initiatives. He has extensive experience in the REIT industry across several disciplines and product types. Mr. Trencher joins Kilroy Realty from Cohen & Steers Capital Management where he served as an Equity Analyst and Associate Portfolio Manager covering publicly-traded U.S. REITs. During his nine-year tenure at Cohen & Steers, he was an integral member of the U.S. Investment Committee, focused on underwriting commercial real estate companies as well as security selection in the office and life science sectors. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers, he spent three years at Goldman Sachs in the corporate real estate group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from New York University.
