Ms. Heidi R. Roth has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Kilroy Realty Corporation since January 2015, the general partner of Kilroy Realty, L.P. and has been Controller since July 2005 and served as its Senior Vice President. Ms. Roth has been with Kilroy Realty since 1997, where she was Vice President, Internal Reporting and Strategic Planning. She serves as a Director of Crystal Stairs Inc. Prior to joining KRC, she was a Certified Public Accountant for Ernst & Young in Los Angeles. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
