Jeffrey Hawken — Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Kilroy Realty Corporation

Mr. Jeffrey C. Hawken has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Kilroy Realty Corporation, the General Partner of Kilroy Realty, L.P., since January 1997. Mr. Hawken served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Kilroy Industries (???KI???) and was responsible for the management and operations of KI's real estate portfolio and served on KI's acquisitions and Executive committees. He joined KI in 1980, as a Senior Financial Analyst and was involved in property and asset management with KI since May 1983. Since that time, he attained the designation of Real Property Administrator through the Building Owner's and Manager's Association (???BOMA???). He is a Director for BOMA, Greater Los Angeles and also participates on the Owners Advisory Council and Political Action Committee. Mr. Hawken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
