Tyler H. Rose — Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary at Kilroy Realty Corporation

Mr. Tyler H. Rose has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of Kilroy Realty Corporation since December 2009. Mr. Rose served as a Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Kilroy Realty Corporation from March 1997 to December 2009. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Irvine Apartment Communities, Inc. from 1995 to 1997 and was appointed its Treasurer in 1996. Previously, Mr. Rose served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at The Irvine Company from 1994 to 1995. He served at J.P. Morgan & Co. from 1986 to 1994, serving in its Real Estate Corporate Finance Group until 1992 and as Vice President of its Australia Mergers and Acquisitions Group from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Rose also served as a Financial Analyst for two years at General Electric Company. Mr. Rose has 27 years of experience in the real estate investment industry. He has been a Director of Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. since February 13, 2015. He has been a Director of Rexford Industrial Realty, L.P. since February 2015. Mr. Rose serves on the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
