Mr. Jason Zachariah has been President of Kindred Rehabilitation Services at Kindred Healthcare Inc. since August 2016. Mr. Zachariah is a member of Kindred's Executive Committee. He served as Senior Vice President of Hospital Rehabilitation Services at RehabCare Group, Inc. until August 07, 2015. Mr. Zachariah has been with Kindred Healthcare, the parent company of RehabCare, since 2006. He served as Kindred's Chief Operating Officer for the Southwest district, where he oversaw an initiative to lower acute care hospital readmissions. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Kindred Hospital South Florida, Ft. Lauderdale and served as Assistant Administrator at Kindred Hospital Chicago North. Mr. Zachariah joined Kindred in 2006, was previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services. Mr. Zachariah was responsible for the Kindred's hospital rehabilitation services business since July 2013. Prior to that appointment, he served in various roles in the Kindred's Hospital Division, including Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director for the division's California/Arizona District. Mr. Zachariah graduated from Duke University with bachelor degrees in Biology and Chemistry. He also earned his MS in biotechnology and an MBA from Northwestern University.
