Bad - namagement was bad due to favoritisim, bullying, and not understanding what i was going through every day at work. Missing emails, kept getting added and taken off email groups, computer malfunctioning, training was not good, would have rather consistently been trained vs been bounced around,

Be clear about what "mistakes" are and what you will le let go from.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
1.) Provide Consistent training 2.) other people listen to the phone calls so they have an advantage over you 3.) stop punishing people for small mistakes 4.) allow people ro get up 5.) their computer system had different layers, lots of It issues... kept feeling like someone was messing with me. W
