The team is small and cohesive, working both together and independently on projects. Everyone pitches in and helps everyone out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we're small we're strong. And the foundations of the organization and the culture have historical significance that carries over to all who take classes here or exhibit or work here.

As an employee I get to an art class each quarter which helps me be a more rounded individual and connect with our base.
