What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to hire a CEO that knows how to run a company. They have one VP of sales that doesnt know how to sale or work with customrrs. I would avoid working here if you have to report to either of them.

I would hire a sales manager that knows how to manage and recruit

It would be nice to have a CEO that doesnt mess with the sales team.
Stop the executive team of getting rid of experienced reps.
