Jean-Pierre Saad — Managing Director of Private Equity & Director of EMEA at KKR & Co. L.P.

Mr. Jean-Pierre Saad serves as Managing Director of Private Equity since January 2018 and Director of EMEA at KKR & Co. L.P. Mr. Saad served as Principal of Private Equity at the firm. He served as a Director of Private Equity at the firm till January 2018. Mr. Saad joined KKR in 2008, and is a member of the European private equity team focused on the telecom and technology sector. He is part of the private equity platform. Additionally, he is focused on technology, media and telecom investments in EMEA. Mr. Saad is also involved with KKR's activities in the Middle East and North Africa. He serves as a Board Member of United Group B.V, OVH, and SoftwareONE. Prior to this, he worked in the telecoms and media team of Lehman Brothers. He was involved in a broad array of mergers, acquisitions, financing and capital markets transactions within the TMT sector. He was an Associate at Lehman Brothers, where he advised KKR on a number of investments. He served as a Board Member of NXP Semiconductors NV since May 30, 2013. He holds a Grande Ecole degree from HEC Paris. Mr. Saad received an M.Sc. in Management and Finance from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris as well as an Engineering degree with high distinction in Computer and Communications from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
