John Empson — Member and Head of International Capital Markets at KKR & Co. L.P.

Mr. John Empson is the Head of Debt at KKR Capital Markets Ltd. He is based at London office. Mr. Empson joined KKR in June 2008 as the Managing Director of KKR Capital Markets Ltd. He was with JP Morgan for 21 years. Mr. Empson has had long term experience in the European debt markets. Formerly, he was the Head of JP Morgan's European Leveraged Loan Capital Markets Businesses between 2003 and 2008. Mr. Empson also has extensive experience in leveraged finance debt origination and has worked on some of the largest and most complex transactions syndicated in the European market.
