William L. Cornog — Member and Global Head of KKR Capstone at KKR & Co. L.P.

Mr. William L. Cornog serves as the Global Head of KKR Capstone at KKR & Co. L.P. Mr. Cornog joined KKR Casptone in 2002. At KKR Capstone, Mr. Cornog is involved with companies across KKR's North American, Asian and European portfolios. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Network Services at WilTel Communications Group Inc. (also known as Williams Communications Group ). He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Network Services at Williams Communication Group. He was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group, Inc. Mr. Cornog also worked in direct marketing at Age Wave Productions, LLC and in marketing and sales positions at Smithkline Beckman Corporation, Inc. He was Chairman of the Board of ThinkForward. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Northgate Information Solutions Limited (also known as NGA Human Resources) since April 5, 2011. He has been a Director at Laureate Education, Inc. since February 01, 2017. He serves as Director at Aricent Inc. He is a Member of KKR & Co. L.P. He serves as a Member at KKR & Co. L.P.
