What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Blind optimism regardless of circumstance!

What are some of the best things about your team?

Dynamic and highly effective team, we are known for just getting things done. Very adaptable and work well together.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Personable interview and non-standard. Made it obvious that you have to be very motivated and hard working to succeed here. No sugar coating from the manager who interviewed me.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership team consistently ignores core business while attempting to rush unfinished digital products to customers and internal employees. Digital is great, but we're doing it all the wrong ways, and our competitors are bringing better and more intuitive products consistently.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Focusing so much money and resources on digital innovation and we still aren't making good progress towards the end goal. This is causing major supply chain interruptions in our daily business of selling steel and servicing our valuable contract customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is incredibly low, and employees don't have a voice in the big picture. Company is strapped for cash and is punishing our customers by not buying the material we have promised them and delaying our inventory purchasing so much that it affects our ability to serve our loyal contract base
