What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health plan and the vacation.

The environment is great at KMC.

I got to tour the plant and facility during the interview. The interviewing process was not just answering/asking questions. It was more relaxed.
What makes you most happy at work?
The coworkers are the best. Every day i am excited to go to work because of them. Here we are like a family.
