What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are no egos at KNIPEX. Everyone treats each other with a mutual respect, regardless of where they seat from an organizational standpoint.
Everyone is human and makes mistakes. No one sweeps it under the rug. They appreciate others and share recognition. Everyone has a passion to make the company succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits are very good with a generous HRA card for medical expenses. Dental and vision are fully paid by the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
So much laughter, but everyone works really hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a very clear understanding and desire to promote a work-life balance. Everyone has each other's backs.
We really enjoy each other's company and don't take anything too seriously. Great teamwork and appreciation for others. Everyone has the passion for the company's success.
