The attitude new bosses forsure. Maybe employees that care would help

Everything. They lack poor leader ship skills in many different aspects of the job

A higher pay raise . A retirement fund would be great. Maybe some paid vacation days also

Ask more important questions look further into there work history make sure they can keep a job
