Smart and dedicated people who are also committed to the success of the business. But still they remain open to feedback and new ideas.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got a good amount of access to a broad slice of the larger team I would be working with. I felt like the feedback I received was honest and fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The are smart, passionate individuals. The believe in the product and believe in their team. They exhibit a high degree of transparency throughout the company and that helps the entire organization be aligned behind a common goals.
