Amy Wynn-Steffek — Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Kosmos Energy Ltd.

Amy Wynn-Steffek is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Kosmos Energy. She has more than a decade of HR management experience, with leadership roles in talent acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, product lines, shared services, and corporate functions. In her current role, Amy is responsible for the strategy and execution of all aspects of HR in alignment with the company strategy, ensuring Kosmos’ talent management sets the basis for continued growth.

Prior to joining Kosmos, Amy worked for Baker Hughes in a variety of HR leadership roles, supporting the company’s international business.

Amy attended Houston Baptist University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing degree as well as a Master of Science in Human Resource Management.
