Neal D. Shah joined Kosmos in 2010. Mr. Shah is responsible for Kosmos’ financing and treasury functions, as well as oversight of operations in Equatorial Guinea. Prior to joining Kosmos, Mr. Shah was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in Houston, providing financing advice to oil and gas companies, primarily focused on the upstream and midstream sectors. Mr. Shah earned his bachelor’s degree with honors in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
