Mr. Benjamin Goodwin, Ben has been the President of Public Safety & Security Segment at Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., since June 2008. Mr. Goodwin served as an Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and President of the Public Safety Security and Industrial Products Group at SYS Technologies, Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Sys since August 2005. Mr. Goodwin joined SYS in July 2005. He held a variety of executive management positions in his career. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Goodwin served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales for Aonix, a developer of software product solutions for the aerospace, telecommunications and transportation industries. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aonix from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Goodwin served as an Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for FinanCenter, a developer of financial decision tools. He also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Thomson Software Products and President and Chief Executive Officer of SofTech Microsystems. He served as Chairman of the Board at Template Graphics Solutions, a provider of 3D graphics tools. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Millsaps College.
