Ms. Jennifer Price serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering Services - Madison Research at Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. Ms. Price serves as Senior Vice President of Madison Research Division for Madison Research Corporation and also served as its Vice President of Software Engineering and IT Solutions. She played a key role on MRC's Software Engineering Process Group, where she was instrumental in achieving MRC's SEI CMM Level 3 certification. Prior to MRC, she served as a Director of the Software Engineering group at CSC/Nichols and served as Solutions Delivery Manager for IT projects with CIBER/PSINet. She led the Client/Server and Web Technologies Division at CSC/Nichols. She has over 19 years' experience with IT projects for Federal and state governments and commercial customers. Ms. Price earned an MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, AL and a BS degree in Computer Science from Mississippi State University.
