Thomas E. Mills IV — President of Kratos Modular Systems Division at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions

Mr. Thomas E. Mills IV, also known as Tom serves as Chief Executive Officer and President at Gichner Systems Group LLC. Mr. Mills has been President of Kratos' Modular Systems Division at Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. since August 2013. He serves as President of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Inc. of Gichner Systems Group, LLC. He served as President of Metrologic Instruments Inc. from February 2000 to February 27, 2004 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from April 1998 to February 27, 2004 and as Chief Financial Officer from May 1994 to July 1, 2002. From April 1998 to February 2000, Mr. Mills served as Metrologic Instruments Inc.'s Executive Vice President and from June 1995 to April 1998 as Vice President, Finance. Mr. Mills was employed by Ferranti International Inc. from 1986 to April 1994 in various positions and served as Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations. He served as a Director of Metrologic Instruments Inc. from March 1999 to February 18, 2004. Mr. Mills served as a Director of New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company since April 2003. He served as Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association since April 2003.
