Working with the students is fine or I at least knew what I was getting myself into, obviously, some students cause ruckus others did not. But I felt overworked underappreciated and underpaid for the amount of work I did.

My coworkers were all friendly and we understood each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i got paid more, we graded so many of the student's work and helped so many students for such a bad paycheck.
