What did you like most about the interview process?
The opportuntiy to meet others to ensure i was making the best decision based on fit
The only negative was the length of time for interview process but it was nice to interview so many people in various roles during that process.
The prospects are pre-vetted and the hiring manager and one level up manager have a chance to interview the candidate before hiring.
