Need a higher salary and more benefits
Because the pay is way below the average, and more money. If you're korean, you get 2 dollars more than everyone because of discrimination
Pay is extremely unfair and no compensation
They do not provide any.

Everything, if they actually stay and arent here for a week then quit

Better managers that care about the employees
Less discriminatory practices and fair compensation and growth

They are hiring anyone, or just giving a job to anyone, they get hired on. Work for a 2 days then leave.
