Mr. James P. Maloney, also known as Jim, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of L.B. Foster Company since September 18, 2017. Mr. Maloney served as Chief Financial Officer at First Insight, Inc. since February 3, 2014 and led the financial planning process, treasury activities and ensures U.S. GAAP compliance. Mr. Maloney has held many executive roles in a multitude of industries, including retail, consumer products, manufacturing and technology. Mr. Maloney was employed by H.J. Heinz Company from 2005 to 2014, last serving as Vice President of Global Financial Planning and Supply Chain Finance from 2012 to 2014, where he managed strategic and annual operating plans, monthly forecasts and also the capital expenditure process; developed restructuring programs; was responsible for supply chain strategic decisions and commodity-hedging strategy; and oversaw general and financial accounting. He was also the Controller of Heinz North America. Mr. Maloney served as a Senior Manager at Ernst &Young and managed three successful IPOs. Mr. Maloney holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science from Clarion University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
