Nice salary but they do not care about your well being or being overworked. They have too many inexperienced people in charge who no little about insurance .

Excellent career path, great benefits and compensation. Value continuing education and fund 100%

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I got lucky and I have a great team lead. But I have witnessed first hand the abysmal leadership elsewhere
