The matrix system allows to work for different projects rather easily.
Transparent. Keeps communication lines open. Forward thinking. Open to new ideas.

The benefits. The labs pays a great deal for their employees.
Very good company benefits. 401k, medical, dental, legal, etc.
Salary is decent but could be better
401k match is very good.

Very open communication and feedback. Respectful and open to all opinions and viewpoints. Really stress the value and importance of DEI.
Everyone are experts in their field
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of working collaboratively is strong at LLNL. While the work is challenging they also encourage work-life balance.
