Mr. Ronald J. Knutson, also known as Ron, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Lawson Products, Inc. since November 16, 2009 and 2012 respectively and also has been its Treasurer and Controller since April 2014. Mr. Knutson served as a Senior Vice President of Lawson Products Inc. since November 16, 2009. Mr. Knutson served as Vice President of Ace Hardware Corp. since January 1, 2003. Mr. Knutson served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Frozen Food Express Industries Inc. from January 19, 2009 to November 6, 2009 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Knutson served as Controller of Ace Hardware Corp. since January 1, 2000 and its Assistant Controller since May 15, 1996. From 2003 to 2007, he served as the Vice President of Finance at Ace Hardware Corporation. From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Knutson held other senior level finance positions within Ace Hardware. From 1994 to 1995, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Mascal Electric. Mr. Knutson served as the Senior Manager of KPMG, LLP. Mr. Knutson is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BS in Accounting from Illinois State University.
