Patricia Lattin — Chief Human Resources Officer, Senior MD & Head of Global Human Resources at Legg Mason

Ms. Patricia Lattin, also known as Patty, has been Chief Human Resources Officer at Legg Mason, Inc since January 2010. Ms. Lattin has held the position of Head of Global Human Resources at Legg Mason since 2009 and in 2016 she became a Senior Managing Director. As part of this role, she also led the firm's efforts in corporate social responsibility and philanthropy. Ms. Lattin has been with Legg Mason for twenty years joining financial services from the healthcare field. She has held a variety of positions in every functional area of Human Resources including Head of Employee Relations, Director of Benefits and Director of Employment. Ms. Lattin has an extensive experience in Human Resources. She is SPHR certified. Ms. Lattin received a Bachelor's Degree in English and is a graduate of the SII Leadership Program through the Wharton School and has completed the Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership Program.
