Collaboration on company events for the holidays. They encourage people to work together on company events and provide funding for these events.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay for new college graduates or a student loan incentive. school is not easy to pay for especially with a family to support.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coffee, bagel Friday, snacks, seeing coworkers progress in outside activities that inspire my own creativity. And most of all the illustrations and side projects of others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have meetings every month to showcase our work before and after public exposure. This makes me feel good about what we do and the outcome of the projects.
