Leadership goals are completely out of touch with the current landscape of advertising and no long term vision.
They say a lot of things that they know the company is not about. It's not a performance based company. They aren't loyal... at all. Hire and RETAIN people who are amazing at their work, rather than hiring based on their age, color and sexual preference.

one of the lowest paying agencies. if you are loyal to them, you are less compensated than people who hop around. we're all spread thin, worked to the bone, and the salary doesn't make the hours worth it. i would feel more valued as a human being if they hired more people, or paid us more.
Work the job of the higher pay grade for 2 years without any adjustment.
They continue to strip down/eliminate raises, benefits, perks and bonuses, which is easy to do since they won't hold on to anyone who's been there for any length of time. If the employees has no history or expectations of what has been done previously, then it doesn't appear to be a drop in benefits

Better pay for new college graduates or a student loan incentive. school is not easy to pay for especially with a family to support.
