Overall, it could be better. I've not been here that long but from what I've seen the management team needs works. There are even some that shouldn't be in that position. The job itself is easy. It's not the job that I dislike its the way it is ran.

We get a percentage of what Leviton makes each year when it comes around.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We know what we are doing so it's easier to get the job done.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to get better at training their employees and growing them within. The turnover rate is high. The ratio of men to women in the management position is very low. This leads me to think that this business is a Male dominated organization. They could do better.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Treat us with respect, tell us a week ahead about our schedule change, don't wait till the last minute to tell us, communicate and allow us to voice our thoughts and opinion without getting upset at us. Don't tell us lies, be honest when we ask you a question. Quit shrugging problems off fix them

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They need to tell us at least a week in advance if they want us to work overtime. I think it's not fair that we have to drop what we have planned because they wait till the last minute to make a decision. They should foresee what is happening and be able to tell us in advance. Make me want to quit.
