Everything - once they finally arrive from they 1700's and treat all humans as people ad vice versa
Salaries don't get increased, only contractors are paid well.
Nothing damaged has been done - I will never encourage anybody to work for or buy from LGI

The top management has priorities on money only. Their words about diversity or their harassment policies are empty.
The culture is toxic cause it's based on greed inequality while pretending it cares about "marginalized" people - that LGI also marginalizes itself within office walls - hypocrisy and playing dumb is what passes leadership and being professional
Don't hire for diversity when you only take care of a specific group of people and abuse the rest - and if you can't handle diverse ideas or complaints about not being treated equally - it's disrespectful ad brings harm to people
People figure it out eventually what this company is, so most people leave it both employees and customers.
They have a culture that tears people down and encourages managers to do the same - no sane person will stick around forever or wait forever for this to change (inclding the cstomers)
