He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Pran Group, LLC. Mr. Malhotra served as a Member of Extended Expert Network at The Circumference Group LLC. He advised on business development, strategy, communication and value creation. He served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Marketing and Mergers and Acquisitions for Convergys Corporation. Mr. Malhotra had been responsible for shaping the overall strategy for Convergys. In addition, his responsibility included corporate development efforts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and equity investments. He was responsible for Convergys's investor relations, marketing and employee and corporate communications functions. He held several senior executive positions with NCR Corporation and AT&T. His areas of focus included strategy and mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, international strategy development and global product development. Mr. Malhotra holds an Master's Degree of Business Administration in Finance from PACE University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
