They treat us like an equal. We all vote when changes are made so we are all involved no matter the decision. We are all treated as family and in it together.

It wasn't just about job experience it was also about how I live my life and if I would have made a great fit with all the other employees. Also the employees get to interview as well as the management staff. This way the team makes the decision.
