The ownership wants us to feel like we also own the company and make sure each one of us is happy with our pay at all times.
The compensation is great and I have the opportunity to make commission on top of it

Dedicated, focused, self-driven, and reliable.
The best thing about my team is that we are all a mixed bag. We have different backgrounds and strengths but when we put our heads together there isn't a problem we can't solve
We work together as a team. We all have input. We are all one of the same.

The team! We all care about each other as individuals as well as coworkers.

the open forum type of interview
It wasn't just about job experience it was also about how I live my life and if I would have made a great fit with all the other employees. Also the employees get to interview as well as the management staff. This way the team makes the decision.
What makes you most happy at work?
having a career that provides for my family
Being around my coworkers makes me the most happy. I know that when I go into work I'll be around positive energy while getting my job done and always value their input.
