Big PR agencies box you into junior tasks. Donna Michaels likes to give her team full creative freedom to think beyond the obvious. You are a creative independent thinker this is the place for you. If you are text book safe go work for a giant agency. You will advance your career here faster.

Paid within line to bigger regional agencies and medical.
Highly flexible and within market range with much bigger agencies.

The team is hands on and smart...been there done that confidence but with a fun attitude.

Silicon Valley is a diverse market and the LMG is a good representation of advance degrees, male and female diversity and cultural too.
Team respects diversity and opinions in creating work and fun collaborative events.

The agency had me come in for 5 interviews and worked around my day care schedule.
