It is ok, company does not seem to care about their people. Once you get out of store level, the caring stops

The leadership team inside the store is great, hoever beyond that the team is not associate orrinated like it says it is
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team being the front end, are always willing to help other departments no matter what depaetment it is. The cashierz snd loaders make it a less stressful job by doing everything beyond their job code
