They work shoulder to shoulder with all of us in the field. Lead by example!
The company operates as a partnership and the leaders are all well respected, bring different talents and all share the same vision.

What are some of the best things about your team?
A true sense of camradery!
Our team has a strong bond and a can-do mentality. Whatever the challenge - I know we as a team will accomplish our goals.
Each individual contributes as part of the team. A solid group of people with a common vision.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We travel quite extensively - but have a true team atmosphere. We tend to go for dinners or excursions on a weekly basis.
The company operates like a ma & pa shop - yet has the capabilities and lack of hierarchy that the other big consultancies have. It also has a work hard, play hard mentality.
We know we are on a mission to help with critical social needs: education, healthcare, governance, security and infrastructure
What did you like most about the interview process?
Every interview culminates with a meeting with the CEO. It provided me with wonderful insight to the strategic goals of the organization.
No tests - just good conversations with HR, Managers and even the CEO. They opened the window to allow me to ask any question I wanted about the company and answered them all. Very unique!
The personal touch - was not a generic HR interview and i was free to ask questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love transferring knowledge to our clients - adding true value.
I like the responsibilities that I have and also working in a team atmosphere. You are constantly learning....
