Aaron Tachibana — CFO & Executive VP at Lumentum

Mr. Aaron L. Tachibana has been the Chief Financial Officer of Lumentum Holdings Inc. since February 2015 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Tachibana joined JDSU in November 2013 as vice president of Finance and corporate controller, responsible for leading and driving financial close process improvements, enhancing organizational performance, as well as reducing operating expenses through establishment of a low-cost shared service center in Shenzhen, China. Mr. Tachibana served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and a Senior Vice President of Finance at Pericom Semiconductor Corp. from March 2010 to November 4, 2013. Mr. Tachibana served as the Chief Financial Officer and a Senior Vice President of Asyst Technologies, Inc., from August 2008 to February 2010. Mr. Tachibana served as a Principal of Asyst Technologies, Inc. Mr. Tachibana joined Asyst Technologies Inc., in June 2004 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer from May 31, 2007 to July 14, 2008. , he served as Vice President of Corporate Planning & Development of Allied Telesyn Inc. From November 1999 to October 2000, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TapCast, Inc., and from July 1997 to October 1999, Mr. Tachibana served as Vice President and Controller of TeraStor Corporation.He served as Senior Director of FP&A and Operational Finance at Asyst Technologies, Inc. from January 2005 to May 2007 and also served as its Division Controller from June 2004 to December 2004.
