Transparent, servant minded leadership. High workplace civility, and employees are empowered to make decisions, take action.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Well connect, high trust and civility, effective at being creative and solving problems without politics and struggle.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Senior leaders were directly involved. CEO conducted a "welcome" onboarding meeting (previously 1-1 when the company was smaller).

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Generous health care, company has absorbed most of the cost increases over the past five years. Generous stock options, excellent salary and bonus.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Lumin is a high trust, civil, and respectful workplace that encourages creativity and cooperative work. Employees are sharp, motivated, committed, and turnover is VERY low (around 2-3% annual)

What makes you most happy at work?

Doing meaningful work, having power to make decisions and solve problems, working with smart/friendly people that all have a common mission to build great software and go the extra mile for clients.
