Mr. Richard W. Rew, II, has been a Senior Vice President of Legal, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Luminex Corporation since March 4, 2015. Mr. Rew served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at ArthroCare Corporation since December 2008 until 2014 and also served as its Secretary until 2014. He joined ArthroCare is 2006 and served as its Vice President of Legal Affairs. He served as Vice President of Activant Solutions Holdings Inc. since October 2005, Secretary since September 2002 and General Counsel since April 2000. Mr. Rew served as Vice President of Activant Solutions Inc., since October 2005 and Secretary from September 2002 to December 18, 2006 and General Counsel from April 2000 to December 18, 2006. Mr. Rew joined in Activant Solutions in 2000 and served as Assistant Secretary from December 2000 to September 2002. He served as General Counsel of EZCORP Inc. Mr. Rew joined EZCORP as Assistant Corporate Counsel in 1993. He held various positions in the legal department at EZCORP, Inc. He served as Assistant General Counsel from 1994 to 1995 and as General Counsel from 1996 to 2000. He is a Member of the State Bar of Texas. He holds a J.D. from University of Oklahoma and a B.A. from the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin.
