What do you like best about the leadership team?
very supportive environment. Lots of good training that is useful for the shop and education about real world issues. caring and compassion is engrained in the brand

pay could be a little more but for the work environment, it is okay not to have the highest pay around, I don't mind.

diverse, empowered, caring. We have lots of fun together and work well

inclusivity. Lush is very interested in being a safe space for all!

they want to see how your ethics align with the company. Very personal and caring

I love the customers and the products, which makes it very easy and natural to do my job
