They invest in the assets and support employees.

Good bonus but in lean times they can cut bonus instead of employees.

We have a good time even while doing dirty work.
Employees tend to stay with the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is stable and diverse enough that we can weather down cycles. Management has very low turn over helping create stable working environment.

Great coworkers, steady work, good work life balance with the vacation.
